Return policy 

The client that acts as a consumer and user of the website owned by Capdevila Joiers, S.L. You have the right to make the return of the article purchased within a period of less than 15 calendar days from the delivery thereof. To make a refund, the client will have to communicate their personal data (Name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail and DNI) as well as the reference number of the piece that you wish to return via our email.

With regard to the return of the product, we recommend that you manage the shipment from TNT (Spain) or Fed Ex in case it is an international shipment. It is essential to obtain a tracking number in order to be able to track the package at all times.

In no case will refunds that do not conform to the procedure and the channels marked by the company will be accepted. 

The user will not have the right to give up special or custom orders. 
It is indispensable that the products to be returned retain the original packaging or wrapping. 
Receipts of articles that have been manipulated or that show the minimum trace of use will not be accepted. 

In the case of the pieces that present / display some type of anomaly or damage by cause other people's to the client, Capdevila Joiers, S.L. undertakes to repair and / or return to the appropriate piece or item. In this sense, the user must take into consideration that each material element - such as opals, for example - has formal features that make each stone look completely different. 

Once Capdevila Joiers notifies that the returned products meet the requirements of authenticity and status required, the reimbursement of the payment will be made using the same method in which it was purchased and within a period of less than 15 business days. 
Shipping and return expenses will not be refunded.
